The Pegasus Leisure Park in Jiangyin, a county-level city in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, unveiled a stunning lantern show themed on the Tang Dynasty (618-907) on Feb 7.
This lantern show seamlessly blends light and shadow shows with modern technology, creating an immersive, dreamlike experience that offers visitors a captivating visual feast that transcends time and space.

Under the theme "Dreaming Back to the Tang Dynasty", the show features five core lantern scenes, drawing a large crowd on its opening day.
The 12-meter-tall "Galloping Horse" shines brightly, symbolizing success and leadership. The 11-meter-tall "Tribute from All Nations" lanterns leave many visitors in awe. Beneath the "Blessing Tree" lanterns, visitors hang blessing cards, making heartfelt wishes for the Chinese New Year. The 8-meter-tall statue of Yang Yuhuan, the cherished consort of Emperor Xuanzong, captivates attention with its lively expression, embodying the poetic imagery of "cloud-like clothing, flower-like appearance", encouraging visitors to pause and appreciate.

The cultural gathering recreates the vibrant atmosphere of Chang'an, Tang Dynasty's capital. When weary from exploration, visitors can indulge in traditional Tang Dynasty dances and cuisine. Free carriage rides along the illuminated streets provide a unique taste of Tang-era travel.
Spanning the traditional holidays of the Spring Festival and Lantern Festival, the lantern show will continue until March 8.
