A business delegation from Zielona Gora, Poland, visited its sister city Wuxi in East China's Jiangsu province on June 30 to explore opportunities in logistics, warehousing, and industrial services.
During focused discussions, representatives from several Wuxi-based companies and industry groups shared their capabilities and global expansion plans. The two sides held productive talks on cross-border freight, overseas storage solutions, industrial automation, commercial vehicle procurement, and supply-chain coordination between China and Europe. Several initial cooperative understandings were reached.
At the meeting, a Zielona Gora entrepreneur hand-delivered a message from the city's mayor, underscoring the delegation's aim to deepen commercial ties. The entrepreneur also pledged to help connect Wuxi firms with Polish logistics and warehousing providers, aiming to foster new momentum in trade and industrial partnerships.
Zielona Gora, capital of the Lubusz Voivodeship, covers 5,834 square kilometers in west-central Poland. It is a growing regional center for business, administration, and culture, ranking among the country's fastest-growing areas. Located just 180 kilometers from Berlin, it serves as a key transit point between Poland and Western Europe.
