The 2023 Xishan Wanshan Lake Marathon is scheduled to take place in Xishan district, Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province, on Nov 12.
Race organizers have limited the number of entrants to 15,000, with 10,000 places available for the full marathon and 5,000 places reserved for the mini-marathon.

More than 2,000 volunteers are expected to provide services during the race and journalists from over 50 mainstream media outlets will livestream and report the event.

The culture, sports, and tourism bureau of Xishan district recently signed a cooperation agreement with Jiangsu Suao Sports Science and Technology Co Ltd to forge a five-year partnership.
From 2023 to 2027, the operation and market development of the Xishan Wanshan Lake Marathon will be conducted by Suao Sports.
