Wuxi in East China's Jiangsu province was ranked ninth nationwide in attractiveness to the post-1995 talent this year, according to a recent report released by online recruitment platform Zhaopin and the economic research team Zeping Hongguan.

It is the first time that the city has made the top 10 ranking.

In 2016, the city introduced the Taihu Talent Program, offering talent various subsidies and other welfare treatment and since then, the program has been upgraded.
