Longfor Wuxi Huishan Tianjie, a commercial complex project in Huishan district, Wuxi, Jiangsu province, broke ground on July 18.
With a total construction area of approximately 220,000 square meters, this commercial complex is jointly developed by Longfor Group and Huishan High-Tech Group Co and aims to bring an efficient shopping experience right to the doorstep of residents.
Located in the heart of Huishan district, Longfor Tianjie is situated at the intersection of Zhenghe and Huishan roads, occupying a prime location near the Yanqiao Station on Subway Line 1. It is intended to serve as a one-stop shopping center.
The project will integrate shopping, entertainment, fashion, parent-child activities, and cultural elements, collaborating with emerging landmarks such as Hilton Hotel and the Science and Technology Cultural Center to form the central business district of the Huishan New City.
The project is scheduled to open by the end of 2027 and is expected to help create a high-quality and diverse commercial district, stimulating consumer potential and promoting the region's sustainable development.
