Eleven members have been elected to the standing committee of the municipal Party committee in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, which was announced at a press conference on Sept 29, the last day of the city's 13th Party congress.
Li Xiaomin was re-elected as Wuxi Party secretary, and he introduced other 10 new standing committee members and vowed to make Wuxi a stronger, wealthier and more beautiful city at the conference.
Other members are Wang Quan, Xu Jie, Huang Qin, Zhou Ying, Chen Derong, Zhang Yefei, Wang Guozhong, Chen Jinhu, Wang Huanchun, and Liu Jiangnan.
Li said that they will become better role models for the city's Party members and officials, as well as bringing more benefits and improving the livelihoods of citizens.
