A total of 5,000 trees will be planted as part of JC Group's "JC Forest Operation", aimed at afforesting the environment around China to promote green and sustainable development.

JC Group owns large swathes of the Mashan Peninsula development and plans to devote a section of it to building a cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) experience park costing 20 billion yuan ($2.9 billion).
Covering a planning area of about 1.6 million sq m, the park will be made up of five live-action zones, a business and culture integrated area and a digital entertainment technology industry park.
Visitors will be able to explore the most advanced VR technology, experience movies like never before using the tactile sensory D-Box cinema, enjoy stage plays, and taste thrills and spills on water rides.
