The research base of Chinese cuisine culture in the south of Yangtze River delta has been successfully approved to be established as one of the provincial research bases in Jiangsu province.
The approval of the research base helps inherit a wide range of cooking and dining culture in Wuxi, which has been historically ranked as one of the 14 most famous styles of cooking in China.
