The amusement park affiliated with Wuxi Zoo has brought some magic to its summer with the arrival of an international circus troupe. The invited group of performers will stage its bag of tricks in the East China city from July 21 to Sept 3.
Among the range of bedazzling acts is the magical metamorphosis of a woman into tiger, waltzing animals, boxing kangaroos, a series of thrilling high-fly stunts, and classical clown and horse shows. The diverse and well-honed act is certain to impress and awe audiences all summer long.
On the culinary side of things, even the most discerning foodies will get their stomach stuffed as the zoo has prepared fresh ice-cold drinks, tasty desserts, and a range of authentic Wuxi snacks.
The circus is open from 3:30 pm to 10:00 pm every day. Tickets can be purchased at the entrance to the park before 9 pm. Tickets are 50 yuan ($8) for adults and 20 yuan for children. An additional ticket package is available that combines the zoo with a visit to ocean park at a price of 120 yuan.
