The second Jiangsu Volunteer Service Exhibition was held in Wuxi, Jiangsu province on Sept 23-24, disseminating the spirit of volunteer service.
The two-day exhibition aimed to highlight the latest progress and trends in Jiangsu's voluntary sector and promote exchanges and cooperation among volunteer service organizations.
The number of volunteer service projects taking part in the exhibition reached 451, including projects related to providing care for the elderly and the children of migrant workers, online safety, cultural and sports services, legal aid and mental health care.
Wuxi exhibited 42 projects to burnish its image as a "City of Volunteer Services".
