2nd CPPCC Wuxi committee commences

Zhou Minwei, chairman of the 14th Wuxi committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), reviewed the work that the committee has achieved over the past year. Under the leadership of Wuxi Municipal Party committee, the new CPPCC Wuxi committee focused on unity and democracy and has made great contributions to promoting the economy and generating social stability.

Zhou added that the CPPCC Wuxi committee will continue to develop under the guidance of the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, tightening organizational and democratic supervision to help Wuxi government build a better society.
