Shuixiangyuan community, located in Wuxi Taihu New City, encounters difficulties in property management due to its large migrant population. Services related to public security and people's livelihoods are accessible via the online Wechat platform.
The community has built a highly intelligent network to conduct real-time monitoring to collect data on people, vehicles and things that come into it via technologies such as facial recognition and WiFi probe.
In addition, the police office in the community has gathered a large amount of data from utilities and entrance guards and entered it into its self-built resource pool. The data is then managed through an intelligent policing platform.
