The 2018 Tour of Taihu Lake Yachting Rally started in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province on Nov 16.
Sponsored by Jiangsu provincial yachting association, the four-day race is the only one of its kind to take place in an interior lake. The total route went over 200 kilometers, passing Wuxi, Huzhou, Suzhou and then back to Wuxi.
A total of 130 competitors with 35 boats participated in the race, including athletes from South Korea, Japan and America.
Taking advantage of natural resources in Wuxi, the competition is a platform to show the beauty of the city's Taihu Lake and Turtle Head Isle.
