Stunning icicle views formed at Doushan town, Wuxi's Xishan district on Dec 29, a surprse to vistors to such a East China city.
The amazing winter view which is usually enjoyed in northern cities was built by mother nature, and a local person in Doushan town. Thanks to the low temperature, sprinklers used for watering plants were set to continually spray pinpricks of water.
Garden chains and guardrails were covered with crystal icicles that kept growing in length. The whole area became a land of frozen beauty, with icicles covering tree leaves or hanging from branches.
