Between 00:00 and 24:00, February 4, 33 more cases of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus were confirmed in Jiangsu, 3 in Nanjing, 1 in Wuxi, 6 in Xuzhou, 5 in Changzhou, 3 in Suzhou, 3 in Nantong, 3 in Lianyungang, 4 in Huai'an, 1 in Zhenjiang, 3 in Taizhou, and 1 in Suqian. 1 more case is now in critical condition and 5 more are cured and discharged from hospital.
Of the newly confirmed cases, the oldest patient was 97, and the youngest, 20. 15 were male and 18, female. All are currently under treatment in designated hospitals and are in stable condition.
As of 24:00, February 4, 341 cases have been reported in Jiangsu accumulatively, 3 in critical condition and 13 cured and discharged from hospital. Of the confirmed cases, 47 were in Nanjing, 26 in Wuxi, 45 in Xuzhou, 24 in Changzhou, 55 in Suzhou, 25 in Nantong, 20 in Lianyungang, 26 in Huai'an, 15 in Yancheng, 15 in Yangzhou, 6 in Zhenjiang, 26 in Taizhou, and 11 in Suqian. Of the cases in critical condition, 2 were in Suzhouand 1 in Nantong. Of the cases cured and discharged, 4 were in Nanjing, 1 in Wuxi, 2 in Changzhou, 3 in Suzhou, 1 in Lianyungang, 1 in Huai'an, and 1 in Taizhou.
Of the traced 6,476 close contacts, 5,581 are still under medical quarantine and 895 have been released.

Do not go to public places with closed, limited space or poor ventilation, especially Mahjong parlors. Seek treatment when necessary and inform the medical staff of places you have been to in the previous 2 weeks. Make sure you seek the right treatment at the right place. Do not visit multiple medical institutions in a short period of time, which may cause cross-infection.
