Xu Jing, vice president of AstraZeneca Company, which focuses on innovation of medical treatment and built the first Asia Pacific region independent distribution center in Wuxi, said that the goal of the center is to provide highly specialized rapid assessment and treatment of chest pain patients who arrive at the emergency room, as well as to provide a safe determination between those patients who require admission to the hospital and those who can be safely discharged home.

Hu Weirong of the National Health and Family Planning Commission hopes that the new model can be used nationwide to help achieve a Healthy China 2030, which requires adjustment and improvement of the public health service system and help for ordinary residents in having their health problems diagnosed earlier and receiving earlier treatment.
